Redefine Success: What I Wish I Knew at 17
When I was 17, I thought success looked like a college degree, a corner office, and a hefty paycheck. Now, at 37, success is keeping the kids alive, drinking coffee before it gets cold, and navigating Legos like they’re landmines. If I could go back, I’d tell my younger self not to take herself so seriously. A college degree won’t define you, your job isn’t who you are, and nothing is more fulfilling than being a devoted wife and mother.

Self-Worth vs. Net Worth
You can never out-earn your self-worth. True wealth isn’t in money or status but in peace, contentment, and knowing your value in Christ. The real question is where you place your trust.

Biblical Wealth: An Introduction
Money has a way of coming and going—sometimes faster than we’d like. We all have different views on wealth, shaped by our upbringing and experiences, but the Bible offers more wisdom on money than we often realize. As a finance professional, I’ve seen firsthand how finances impact lives, and I believe managing wealth wisely starts with a biblical perspective. Through this series, I’ll share personal stories and insights to help us align our finances with God’s plan.

Lessons Learned in Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship has taught me that nothing stays the same—not your business, your clients, or even yourself. But in those changes, God provides opportunities for growth, guidance, and a deeper understanding of His purpose. This blog outlines four lessons I learned the hard way since beginning my entrepreneurial journey in 2021.

The Day I Discovered the True Meaning of Strength in Weakness
When I prayed for God to help me understand 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, I was hoping for some quiet reflection time, maybe a fresh perspective over a cup of coffee—not a medical crisis, a career upheaval, and a total rewrite of my life plan. But God, in His wisdom (and divine sense of humor), knew that the only way I’d truly grasp His power in my weakness was to walk through a season where I had nothing left but Him.
Now, when I ask God to help me understand Scripture, I always add, “But please, Lord, nothing too dramatic this time.”
